How will I receive my digital product after purchase?
Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing a download link along with your license information. All purchased files will also be available under the "My Downloads" section in your Me Chitrakar account. Please ensure you enter the correct email address at checkout to avoid any delays in delivery.
When will I get access to my files after purchase?
Access is granted immediately after your payment is processed. In some cases, it may take up to 5–10 minutes for the files to appear on your "My Downloads" page. If you do not receive access within this time, please contact our support team for assistance.
Where can I find and download my purchased files?
You can access your files in two ways:
- Via Email: Click the download link in your order confirmation email.
- Via Your Account: Log in to your Me Chitrakar account and navigate to the "My Downloads" section to access all your purchased files.
We strongly recommend saving your files to local storage immediately after downloading.
Do I need an account to access my downloads?
Yes. A Me Chitrakar account is required to access the "My Downloads" page and manage your purchases. Creating an account is completely free. You may also use the direct download link sent to your email without logging in, however having an account ensures secure and organized access to all your purchased files at any time.
How many times can I download a purchased file?
The download link provided via email remains active for a limited period after purchase. We strongly recommend downloading and saving your files to local storage immediately after purchase. If your link has expired or is no longer working, please contact us at support@mechitrakar.com and we will assist you.
FILES & SOFTWARE COMPATIBILITY
What file formats are included with my purchase?
All Me Chitrakar templates are provided in PSD (Adobe Photoshop Document) format. Many products also include a JPG preview image for reference. The PSD files are fully layered and editable, giving you complete flexibility to customize every element of the design.
What software do I need to open and edit the PSD files?
Our templates are designed for the latest licensed version of Adobe Photoshop (required). Please note that pirated, cracked, outdated, or older versions of Photoshop, as well as any other third-party software, are not guaranteed to support our files fully. Me Chitrakar is not responsible for compatibility issues arising from the use of unlicensed, outdated, or unsupported software. We strongly recommend always using a genuine, up-to-date licensed version of Adobe Photoshop for the best experience.
Can I use the files on a mobile phone or tablet?
Our PSD files are designed for desktop use with professional design software. While JPG preview images can be viewed on mobile devices, editing the layered PSD files requires a desktop or laptop computer with compatible software installed. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their device meets the necessary technical requirements before purchasing.
Are the templates editable and customizable?
Yes. All PSD templates from Me Chitrakar are fully layered and editable. You can modify text (names, dates, messages), change colors, swap images or photos, resize elements, and incorporate them into your own unique design work. Our templates are crafted to give graphic designers and print professionals maximum creative flexibility.
LICENSING & USAGE RIGHTS
Can I use these templates for commercial purposes?
Yes. By purchasing a template from Me Chitrakar, you are permitted to use the designs for commercial purposes — including creating finished designs for your clients, using them in your printing business, or deploying them for digital marketing and advertising.
Can I resell or redistribute the original PSD files?
No. Reselling, redistributing, or sharing the original PSD files is strictly prohibited, regardless of whether any modifications have been made. The purchased files are licensed for end-use only. Transferring or sharing the source PSD files with any third party is a direct violation of our Terms of Use and may result in legal action.
Can I modify the templates and use them for client projects?
Yes. You are fully permitted to modify, customize, and incorporate the templates into your work for client projects. You may deliver the final printed or digital output to your clients. However, the underlying source PSD files must not be transferred, shared, or handed over to clients or any third party under any circumstances.
Is attribution or credit required when using the templates?
Attribution is not mandatory. For specific use case queries, please reach out to us at support@mechitrakar.com.
Can a single purchase be used across multiple projects?
Yes. A single purchase allows you to use the template across multiple projects for yourself or your clients. However, if other designers within your organization also need access to the files, each designer is required to purchase their own individual license. For team or bulk licensing enquiries, please contact us directly.
REFUNDS & SUPPORT
Do you offer refunds on digital product purchases?
No. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a file has been delivered electronically, it cannot be returned. We encourage all customers to carefully review the product preview images and descriptions before completing a purchase. Refunds may only be considered under exceptional circumstances, strictly at our sole discretion.
What should I do if I received the wrong file?
If the file you received does not match your order, please contact our Customer Service team within 2 days of receipt with your order details:

Please include your order number and a clear description of the issue. Our team will review and resolve the matter promptly.
What should I do if the downloaded file is corrupted or not opening?
If you experience a technical issue with a file — such as corruption or an inability to open it — please contact our support team within 2–3 days of your purchase. Please provide:
- Your order number or registered purchase email
- A description of the error or issue experienced
- The software name and version you are using
If the issue is verified, we will arrange for a replacement file to be sent to you.
What should I do if my download link is not working or has expired?
First, check the "My Downloads" section in your Me Chitrakar account — your files are accessible there even after the email link expires. If you are still unable to access the file, please contact us at support@mechitrakar.com with your order details and we will assist you promptly.
Can I get technical support after purchase?
Yes. Our support team is available to assist with download issues, file access problems, and basic technical queries. Support is available Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST.
Please note that Photoshop usage tutorials and template customization guidance are outside the scope of our standard support.

Is this a one-time purchase or a subscription?
All individual template and bundle purchases on Me Chitrakar are one-time payments — you pay once and receive permanent access to the purchased files. Me Chitrakar also offers Pricing Plans (Subscription) for users who require ongoing access to a larger library of templates. Please visit our Pricing Plans page for full details.
Do I get lifetime access to the files I purchase?
Your purchased files remain accessible in your account's "My Downloads" section as per our platform's retention policy. To ensure permanent access independent of the platform, we strongly recommend downloading and saving your files to your own local storage immediately after purchase. Please note that email download links are time-limited.
Will I receive future updates to a template I have purchased?
Each purchase grants access to the version of the template available at the time of purchase. Updated or newer versions are generally not included in past purchases and may require a separate purchase. We regularly add new and improved designs — we recommend checking our Best Sellers and Bundles sections frequently for the latest additions.
Can I claim GST Input Tax Credit (ITC) on my purchase?
Yes. Me Chitrakar supports GST billing for registered businesses in India. During or after checkout, you can enter your GSTIN number and company name to receive a GST-compliant invoice, which can be used to claim Input Tax Credit (ITC). Please ensure the GSTIN provided belongs to your registered business to ensure eligibility for ITC claims.
