1. Eligibility & Intended Use

These designs and wallet plans are strictly intended for professional designers, print professionals, and agencies.

Users must have:

  • A laptop or desktop computer

  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop

  • Ability to handle professional digital design files (PSD)

  • A genuine and updated version of the required software

The company is not responsible for compatibility issues caused by non-genuine, outdated, or modified software.

These plans are not suitable for:

  • Mobile users

  • Non-technical users

  • Beginners with no design software knowledge

By purchasing a wallet plan, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Nature of Products

  • All products available through the wallet system are digital design files (PSD format)

  • No physical product will be shipped

  • Files are delivered digitally after successful payment

  • File previews are for reference purposes only

3. Wallet Recharge & Bonus Policy

  • Wallet balance is credited immediately after successful payment

  • To avoid issues, users must enter the same email ID used for website registration during payment

  • Bonus wallet value is promotional and non-transferable

  • Bonus amount cannot be withdrawn or refunded

  • Wallet balance is applied automatically at checkout

4. Validity & Expiry

  • Each wallet plan has a fixed validity period as mentioned on the pricing page

  • Unused wallet balance (including bonus) expires automatically after the validity period

  • No extensions or refunds are provided for expired wallet balances

5. No Refund & No Cancellation Policy

Due to the digital nature of the products:

  • All sales are final

  • No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are allowed

  • No refunds will be issued once wallet balance is credited or files are accessed/downloaded

Refund requests based on the following will not be accepted:

  • Lack of technical knowledge

  • Software incompatibility

  • Mobile device limitations

6. Download Responsibility

  • Users are responsible for ensuring system and software compatibility before purchase

  • Download issues caused by poor internet connection, device limitations, or user error are not grounds for refund

  • Repeated or abnormal download activity may result in temporary or permanent access restriction

7. Account Usage Policy

  • One wallet account is permitted per user

  • Wallet balance is non-transferable and cannot be shared or resold

  • Any misuse, redistribution, or resale of downloaded files is strictly prohibited

Violations may result in:

  • Account suspension

  • Wallet balance forfeiture

  • Permanent access termination without refund

8. Enterprise & High-Value Plans

Enterprise or high-value wallet plans are intended for:

  • Agencies

  • Registered businesses

  • High-volume professional usage

The company reserves the right to request business verification or limit access in case of misuse.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By recharging the wallet or purchasing any plan, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions

  • You meet the technical eligibility requirements

  • You agree to all policies stated above
